About the Speaker:

Ma Luting, researcher and former vice president of China National Institute of Education Sciences, Deputy Director and Secretary General of Academic Development Advisory Committee of China Higher Education Association, senior professor of Zhejiang Normal University, former Deputy director and director of Academic Committee of Education Development Research Center of the Ministry of Education。He is also a doctoral supervisor of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University, Central China Normal University, Capital Normal University, Zhejiang University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of Higher Education in Shandong Province and the expert steering group of "Double First-class" construction in Henan Province。

His main research field is higher education development strategy and management policy, participating in national policy research tasks, planning, document drafting and leading a number of key research topics。He has published more than 10 academic works, and more than 400 academic papers and articles at home and abroad, dozens of which have been reprinted in full by Xinhua Digest, Renmin University Photocopying Newspaper Materials, China Social Science Digest, etc.He has won more than 10 outstanding achievement awards and excellent book awards in education science。
